Constant Chaos - Manager InterWell Health Employee Review

This is an environment of constant chaos. Senior Management is punitive and are very poor communicators. Constantly changing expectations with inadequate communication. Very aggressive attitude toward employees that have not “drank the kool aid” - they will make your work life miserable until you quit or get fired. Individual thoughts are not welcome. Decreasing employee engagement scores quarter over quarter with no change in Senior Management behavior.
