      Pros

      The employees are mission oriented and truly believe it bringing equity and quality care for kidney patients.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is poor! Their inability to be agile and make meaningful strategic initiatives to propel the organization has hindered their performance. It's unfortunate as the organization has talented individuals that will surely leave.

      Generous Benefit Package. Remote work.

      Cons

      This is an environment of constant chaos. Senior Management is punitive and are very poor communicators. Constantly changing expectations with inadequate communication. Very aggressive attitude toward employees that have not “drank the kool aid” - they will make your work life miserable until you quit or get fired. Individual thoughts are not welcome. Decreasing employee engagement scores quarter over quarter with no change in Senior Management behavior.

      Don't waste your time to work at Interwell

      Benefits (401k match, PTOs, medical, dental, vision etc.) are generous.

      Cons

      - No work life balance - No overtime pay - constantly changing expectations or priorities. Also, the upper management knows that the employee survey result isn't great in 2023. - No recognition of hard work employees - The upper management cuts the annual bonus as half to save money in 2023
