This was a company that was pro-employees, and in some ways it is still that way today, although the new ownership simply fails at management and overall people skills. The past IT department was in-sync with its member base and the mission to serve, however, that is not the case after last year's purchase of the organization by Comvest.
Cons
Executive management is not aware and actually ignores what the real problems are in the field. Operational, this company fails with a large F grade. Their seems to be a huge gap between management and the staff , as management is not knowledgeable as to the patient demographic and the market that IMC Health serves.
