Good company to start up if you are a manager because the pay is good. family oriented environment.
Cons
Good company to start up if you are in managerial but there is no growth opportunity. everyone from the cleaning staff to the referrals coordinators get paid the same thing $10 and there is always a raise freeze. completely unorganized and unprofessional corporate staff. Patients are extremely rude. insurance companies pay for a specific medication and the company tells the patients that they can only get generics. most of the employees are very lazy, unethical and poorly trained. the company doesnt make it about the paients, its all about wherever they can save a dollar
