4 day work week (sometimes) Steady Work Is in Fort Worth so if you like the city you can enjoy a high standard of living. Good entry point into the Aerospace/Defense industry.
Cons
Average to slightly below average pay. Poor management. Four day workweek is fake half the time (working five or six days is sometimes needed) Office space is more depressing than usual (no sunlight) Blame game.
