      Pros

      Pros: rewarding work in assisting victims and children.

      Cons

      Cons: Horrible management. Executive director makes over 6 figures a year... and slacks. Employees are underpaid and overworked. Not a true intersectional feminist environment. Please avoid, I have experienced a lot of stress and anxiety dealing with them.
