The true core of this position was putting the clients first. I loved the fact that this company was really about empowering the clients and the commitment to their values in ending violence for Womyn. Also empathetic to needs of client; individualising each case
Cons
Work life balance, not enough room to make decisions based on expertise, Some staff were not friendly, culture can become toxic
