Pros
Peers were friendly. Other than that there was nothing positive about the job. The workload itself was minimal but not challenging
Cons
Extremely sexist. Women often overlooked for promotion. The Baltimore office specifically refers to female employees as girls and consistently belittles women and interrupts them disrespectfully. No training opportunities. Many promises that were never fulfilled
