Job itself is not hard once you get the hang of it

The company feels more entitled to your time than you are. When hired they tell you mandatory Saturdays are a once in awhile thing and then proceed to schedule for Saturday constantly with no regard for work life balance. Constant company policy changes and enforcement at their convenience. The workers who have been there awhile get away with murder, I was constantly picking up the slack for the operator I followed who had been there for decades, The company wouldnt even give me bereavement leave when my grandmother died so I had to use my PTO to go to the funeral, They force you to use your PTO then schedule your saturdays then force you to go on workshare. This company doesnt care at all about its workers and are actively in the process of forcing out people so they can replace everyone with cheap Immigrant labor through the Trigger program.
