      Reasonable pay for a cultureless and non scholarly corporation

      Pros

      Adequate Pay Can join without a degree, sometimes that can be a barrier.

      Cons

      The job is so much about hidden craft knowledge that when you try to train new employees the secret sauce is already gone. They actively hire sex offenders, just feels grimey. Dont invest more than the bare minimum in their people, would rather spend the money on obtaining other plants. The culture is, be in the cool club or be pushed around to off shifts even when doing well in current role.

      Pros

      Best support system for a management team. Great teammates and have built great relationships throughout the corporation.

      Cons

      Not too many I can think of. Would like to see Maintenance and QC position’s salary restructured to attract top talent in these key roles.
