Great mission, when clearly articulated--bringing the Internet to everyone. Wonderful work in the economically emerging world. Community grant program really makes an impact. Good support from corporations and other funders.
Cons
Unfortunately, the C-suite leadership consistently makes poor decisions and reflects a lack of creative thinking and imagination about the potential of the organization. The leadership tends to be too conservative and out of touch with what is really going on in the field and the potential the organization has to make an impact. So much so that now the organization risks being irrelevant. Moreover, leadership appears to be pulling resources from pursuing external funding for the very projects that are making a difference!
