Pros
Intertec is a very inviting team to work with. Everyone knows the value that each position holds, so they treat each other with respect because they matter. Big companies are not able to take care of their employee moral very well, as they all feel like just another number. This workplace is small enough that everyone is checked up on very often.
Cons
Working with big scale companies is necessary, but adds a layer of difficulty that is always being navigated. Software development is a full of giants, which can lead to some challenges for a smaller LLC trying to ensure they get the treatment they deserve. Just because a billion dollar company can waste time and money waiting around doing nothing, does not mean Intertec can.
