No Pros as far as I know only hike is good

Many, No Importance to hard work, Cannot provide a better understanding, late salary, less clients, very rude.

Good for fresher as they can learn and they work more

They are big lie company , doing false promise. Never deliver project and when client is angry then manegement blame to employee. Toxic work culture No payment of doing extra hour work
