Pros
I have been working with the company for close to 2 years. The company has been growing very fast and has now opened multiple offices in Gurgaon, Noida and Bangalore. Having been associated with the company almost since the beginning, I have grown and excelled. The management and top leadership team is excellent and very supportive.
Cons
I have worked in other consultancy firms where there is high pressure, but with Intileo, in my view is more relaxed and non-performers are also part of the team
