Pros

As the marketing department is practically non-existent, one can learn a lot because they have to build it up from the scratch.

Cons

Two words: Work environment. There's a lot of micromanaging, not enough guidance and support, odd work hours, overworking, not listening to the employees' concerns...it's a lot. One star is exclusively for all my colleagues because would not have made it without them. Management says they want to listen to us and grow but our suggestions and concerns never bear any fruit.

Pros

The work was fun - and lot of scope to do things creatively. You understand and get to work on projects on multiple departments.

Cons

- Micromanaging : From telling you how to plan your day, to asking you to provide updates every day and grill you why you didn't complete x and y task, they want to control everything. - Obvious favoritism: It was very clear that some employees were favoured more than the others and will gain the appreciation even if you worked hard at something. - Odd working hours: Expecting you to work on sundays, or late nights, and early mornings, even if you are unwell - you must work. - Tight deadlines: Will give you 2 hours to complete something which will take 5 hours and then tell you or gaslight you that you can't manage time properly.
