      You can learn and grow together and will get experience in a little period of time.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to spend much time than normal working hours but that would also help in future.

      Toxic work culture. COO is obnoxious.

      Work here only if you want to get disturbed in every way possible

      Employees are exploited. The management is illeterate and worthless. Toxic work culture is promoted and practiced by the co founders They heavily underpay the employees They treat the employees as slaves Management believes that they are know it all. Management hurls literal abuses at staff
