Well pros would be that they instill a dream in your mind during an interview about how they've got an open door policy, great benifits and just an overall positive environment. Well the only pro you'll find is that they were the pro at making you believe pigs can fly and that unicorns walk the earth everyday because you will find nothing but cons at this place. You get a 401K after 6mos. (that's all I got), vision, dental and medical (****).

Yes, this is the list for all you readers out there. Please read and absorb it all in because it is 100% accurate. *You WILL NOT HAVE a work/life balance. You will most likely be operating solo and almost training yourself. *Wages are not great unless you came over with the merger (ALL EMPLOYEES know that if your original employer was Startust you made more than the ITCU employees). *Medical insurance is awful and nothing more to say on that! Awful describes it to a T. *I hate to say it but the place is operated like a prison. You might as well call it San Quentin and get your prison number when you enter the door on your first day because working at ITCU might as well be a death sentence. You're micromanaged, taking your cell phones up, cameras are on you 100% of the time to make sure you’re on task (over abused), you are talked down to and at (meaning no respect) and the harassing environment continues. Every now and then if you're lucky you will get a lunch break and basically 'relax' for 1 hour in a the 'prison yard' before the warden calls you back with your ball & chain to your desk. *Since there is no training at all you will get calls from other employees not knowing their job (not their fault but it can get frustrating). I mean you will have to figure out for yourself if you decide to take a position with them but PLEASE heed my warning and the others before me as we truth has been spoken and we are all 'woke' now.
