During my nearly decades-long time at Invesco, I found their company culture to be deeply caring for the employees and always providing the best solutions to their clients.
Cons
The executive leadership has changed quite a bit since my tenure and the new leadership seems less compassionate about maintaining the caring company culture that I experienced.
