Pros
I would say that from the beginning, I have seen IMS is willing to invest in it's employees, which coming from a background of being just a number in a huge company, says a lot. They give you a lot of the tools you need to be successful. So many people are willing to be used as resources for you to lean on to help accomplish a task. Also, very transparent company. Many times, the CEO and CRO have given us insight to the company that I wouldn't have even thought to ask but appreciate nonetheless.
Cons
With it being a start up, there's not a lot of hand holding. You definitely have to be the type to figure it out along the way. It seems as if they're looking more for sales professionals who want to sell in our industry, instead of having a training curriculum that you can take anywhere. Basically, they want rock stars that can just plug-and-play. Which is not a bad thing but definitely leaves people who need a little more coaching/encouragement in the cold.
