Thank you for sharing your perspective. While we’re glad you found value in many of the people you worked with, we’re disappointed to hear that your overall experience wasn't what you had hoped for. We take great pride in the trust our clients place in us and we strive to exceed industry standards, often going above and beyond contractual obligations, to ensure our clients’ success. While we welcome feedback and use it to reflect and improve, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that we would take advantage of commercial opportunities or stand behind products we don’t fully believe in.
