Pros
Potential to make a lot of money, family oriented, good hours. Owners, at the time, had a very big heart but this allowed them to be taken advantage of and some times got in the way of taking care of business.
Cons
Too many people act entitled and management did nothing to stop it Management also had difficulties moving forward in any direction; discuss, discuss, discuss and no action taken. Rudeness ran rampant and never were there consequences for unprofessional behavior.
