The pay was good. Catered lunch a few times a week.

I felt unsupported and unhappy. I was in a team where everyone was just looking out for their own promotions. There was little communication; most people worked remotely and there were no structured meetings. I was also working 10+ hours a day. It was exhausting and demotivating.
