Pros
Providers were wonderful to work for
Cons
Upper management refused to acknowledge bullying in the workplace, even though it was brought to their attention multiple times. In fact, individuals were written up after speaking out. Upper Mgmt asked for employees to pad the reviews on the company because they did not have enough positive stars. When I first started with the company, I loved working for the upper management. But, unfortunately all the good ones were forced out. Instead of hiring experienced managment, people with no background were placed in upper management positions and were sadly clueless so items were falling through the cracks. Do not believe the speil during preliminary phone interviews; sadly upper management has made it a joke. They state it is a "drama free work environment" when in all actuality it is the most dramatic office I have yet to work in. (Worse than high school girl clicks)
