Poor communication with upper management/expected to work 24/7 on off days - General Manager Iowa Sports Management Employee Review

If your a general manager your expected to be on clock 24/7 without getting paid, you only get paid when you “clock in” I personally think they should have gm on salary instead of hourly for all the work you do outside of work hours.
