Pros

Very fast pace work so time goes fast. Benefits package is average compered to competitors.

Cons

They pay isn't worth all of these stress and negativity. Every project is rushed, so you basically are perpetually picking up the pieces as it's all built. Everyone is so overworked that no one can take the time to train new hires, which leads to things slipping through the cracks, burnout and seasoned employees quitting.

Pros

Its been a constant growing and learning experience for me so far. Lots of good training and mentorship from the more senior members of the team. Good mix of perks and benefits, competitive wages too. Got to travel and visit some of our clients. Generous PTO that only gets better the longer you stay with the company. Some of the employees have been with the company for more than 10 years, solid statement to how they treat their people.

Cons

Can be fast paced at times, have to stick to deadlines and work efficiently

Pros

Absolutely none. Steve Tutino is a horrible boss and a horrible person.

Cons

So I worked at this absolutely horrible company for a little over a year. Let me tell you, to work there is a horrible experience, even when you are really good at your job. Why? Because the owner Steve takes delight in yelling at you for any little thing you do wrong. I could take that. Plus I was twice his size and I think he was a little afraid of me so I didn't get it as bad as others. During a company meeting he demoted one employee and promoted another over him yelling and screaming over the phone. It was a sight! What I couldn't take was Steve making promises of giving bonus for projects well done. The problem was, no matter how well you did the job he never gave anyone that bonus. Once I had to stay up all night doing a whole hotel equipment replacement. It didn't go flawless, but it went really well. After not getting that bonus, nor anything extra for working so hard on a 36hr shift, I was done with them. I was only making 50k - it wasn't worth it. I have all my timesheets and emails and possibly some recordings of him yelling at us. If you still work there start recording when he yells at everyone. You can use it in a emotional abuse suit.
