You will learn how to cook in a term. It's an important skill that might be very useful later in your career

Cons

Every job here is a stress booster. It will increase your stress levels as a lot will be exxpected of you in very little time. I didn't think it was suitable for me long term.

Pros

Very fast pace work so time goes fast. Benefits package is average compered to competitors.

Cons

They pay isn't worth all of these stress and negativity. Every project is rushed, so you basically are perpetually picking up the pieces as it's all built. Everyone is so overworked that no one can take the time to train new hires, which leads to things slipping through the cracks, burnout and seasoned employees quitting.

There's a full list of benefits for all employees, pay is okay but nothing great.

Cons

There's no direct communication between employees and the upper management so we don't really know what's going on in the company. The lack of transparency demotivates the employees and we also can't make suggestions and direct requests.
