Pros
The co-workers are genuine good people. I feel very sorry for them that they have to deal with the owner on a day to day basis.
Cons
I will not tell my story because the owner will probably retaliate. Yeah, he is that kind of guy. Read the other reviews. They are all true. If anything they are holding back for the same reasons I am. Actually I will say a few things that I experienced. Crazy hours with no breaks. Redundant tasks just to get off by telling someone what to do. Uncomfortable conference calls in which the owner tells everyone they are idiots. I actually had a client tell me a story about you. When she said how she was complaining about your leadership style to you over the phone you threw a childish temper tantrum and hung up the phone on her when you couldn't handle the truth any more. The owner will dangle the term "bonus" over your head like a carrot leading a horse but will always find a way to not give it to you. He will dock your pay for very minor mistakes. His philosophy is that we are allowed to make zero mistakes. He will compare you to his favorite and best employees telling you how much better they are than you and how they could have done a better job. If you have the unfortunate experience of having to drive cross country he will impose unhealthy time limits on you to get to your destination. He will put you up in sleazy motels in unsafe locations just to save a buck. He will even cram three men in a room with only two beds telling them that someone has to sleep on the floor. This is not just for a night but weeks at a time. I could go on but I think I have said enough for now.
