Ipsos as a multinational organization is very professional & fast growing company. But Ipsos Egypt was the worst place I have ever worked at
Cons
Worst place to work in, I was working in Ipsos Egypt & the management was not professional. They have been recruiting their friends & relatives rather than hiring based on competencies or qualifications. Hiring criteria was very biased according to their personal preferences rather than professionalism. Management can fire employees without clear reason & without a reasonable notice period!
