      Good benefits, not much else.

      Cons

      Loyalty counts for nothing with this company. They pile more and more work on you while telling you they are trying to find relief. If you don't kiss up to management, they work you till you break and then fire you for performance issues while others make much greater errors but are kept around because they are friends with management.
