Pros
Senior management once in 3 months gives a bigger picture
Cons
1. Middle level managers, AD's will never let the WSBL heads know about what is happening in the team; so WSBL heads don't know the junior level employees are miss-treated unless couple of team members resign. 2. AD's and middle level manager always say false to both the junior staff and the WSBL heads. In all the cases the AD's/ middle level managers have no-clue of what is happening on a project and they end-up giving their interpretation, which is never in line with the client expectations. To cover such issues AD's and middle level managers say false and all the blame falls on the junior level employees (MT's, RE's and SRE's). 3. All the AD's and middle managers in Ipsos UU just want their reportees to flatter them all the day every day. 4. MT's and RE's are given work at 5.30 in the evening and are expected to finish the work before they leave for the day. In-this way most of the junior employees end-up working until midnight. If by some miracle junior employees leave at 6.00 then they are expected to work from home way past midnight/ early morning hours and next day are expected to report to work at 9.00. If you are late you usually get a statement from the AD's and managers "I cannot tell the client that, the project is delayed because you weren't able to come at 9.00". 5. HR has no control on AD's and middle level manager owing to which iteration rate of MT's and RE's is sky high. 6. AD's and middle level managers falsely criticize about junior employees to WSBL heads and portray a bad image of juniors in the eyes of WSBL heads.
