Pros
To be fair, there are some wonderful and very smart people at Ipsos. I've enjoyed the company of all my coworkers.
Cons
Very few of the people at Ipsos seem to have balanced work lives. Those that do are rare and seem almost embarrassed to have any free time on their hands because everyone else is jealous! Most of us at the company are working insanely hard. What makes this most frustrating isn't just the mediocre pay, but the fact that we work so hard without even being able to get a lot done. The tools and systems we use are just painfully inefficient. The running joke when someone asks "why on earth are we doing it this way?" is to respond "because that's the just Ipsos way!" It's quite frustrating to work long evenings and weekends without feeling like you've achieved much. I would not recommend applying here at all.
