One can learn a lot if he wants to. The salaries are comparable to the market.
Cons
The processes and applications are rolled out without being thoroughly tested increasing the risks for errors that are then blamed on the staff. The workload is too high making it seem like a slave farm. Evaluations are targeting the weak points instead of emphasizing the qualities of staff. In some cases favoritism comes with no regards to knowledge.
