Good training development available Can have good working relationships with colleagues
Cons
Does not value staff much, in that they will not recruit sufficient team members to do the job. Teams are overworked and tired. Some people are very good and work hard, some others can easily hide behind their screens and clear away from extra work. Often the same people will put the extra effort in. Extreme complexity of some tools- obscure to clients... and to staff!
