Pros
Some talented and smart co-workers, flexible work schedules and ability to work at home.
Cons
Attempts to homogenize the staff leave no room for diversity - if you aren't like everybody else, they don't want you. Too much work with too little staff, no work-life balance. As an organization, more reactive than proactive and positively consumed with drive for revenue at the expense of everything else.
