Pros
An international company with a strong brand name that has the potential to make its mark on the industry. Ipsos has some very impressive proprietary research tools that clients value. Reasonable working hours most of the time. The office is usually empty by 8pm.
Cons
After the takeover of Synovate, everything fell apart. Valued Synovate management was pushed aside in favour of Ipsos staff which caused resentment and a high staff turnover rate at least for the first year. Synovate clients were confused by structural changes which meant some of them were moved to different research teams they were not familiar with.
