Pros
there is no reason... it's just a trap.. they will say good words and offer handsome package at interview drive at universities... but when to get actual cash in hand you might get half of that... as other portion has been deducted due to claimables and retaintion...
Cons
1) Pathetic management. they just don't have any work apart from poking their dirty nose in team mates life.. 2) They want to control your entire life... they think you are bonded slave only... 3) Even if you didn't notice meeting invite sent at morning 7:45 am and scheduled at 8:30 am.. they will call you start question you why in the morning your first job is not checking email. who not your ph do not have email configuration... if you say this is morning 8:30am .. they will give counter logic that if your spouse need a doctor at mid night will not you be going? how funny nah? 4) one of my colleague has been asked to run the model from hospital after said that feeling a bit well from high fever.. 5) they even stop communicating with you about your full and final settelment once you leave the company... searching new job to get rid of this trash soon..
