Get to meet new people because of high attrition rate

1) worst work life balance due to high workload can't even get 8 hrs of sleep 2) no bonus no compensation no hike 3) No support from senior people they are only here to exploit us 4) Whatever you learn in the training is useless because in production things are different 5) Senior managers and management are toxic and you will hardly get approval on leaves you need to apply leaves in advance but even that won't make sure whether you will get approval 6)Working hours are 12hrs minimum its better to stay unemployed then stay here
