Pros
International company that is one of the biggest company in China. But it has done localisation very well so give lots of opportunities to local staff.
Cons
MD, Kelly Yin, uses her own power and gives job to her husband! She asked him to give us training in market research. This is so strange as we are a market rsearch company and normally we receive training from our senior colleagues and direct manager not from an outside freelance consultant! A look up this consultant's Linkedin profile shows that he actuall has less experience than many of our senoir colleagues or management.
