Pros

Supportive Leadership & Clear Mission: IronArch has a CEO and leadership team that genuinely cares about its employees, both professionally and personally. Regular communication from executives makes you feel connected to the broader mission. Strong Culture & Community: The company fosters a collaborative environment with a strong sense of community. All-hands meetings, local get togethers, and team events (even virtual ones) keep morale high. Leadership That Listens: Pulse surveys, clarity/transparency, genuine integrity, and the point of view that good ideas and/or leads can (and should) come from anyone creates a healthy environment for innovation. Healthy Work-life Balance: Flexibility, lots of holidays off, and generous wellness benefits contribute to a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Remote workers have less access to the "fun" aspects of the workplace compared with those located in the DMV area. PTO is not as generous as you might expect in gov con industry and doesn't increase over time.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and balanced review. We’re thrilled to hear you feel supported by our leadership, connected to our mission, and part of a strong, collaborative community. It’s also great to know our efforts around transparency and work-life balance are making a positive impact. We appreciate your feedback on remote engagement and PTO. While we’ve made strides to keep our remote team included, we know there’s more we can do. Your input helps guide those improvements, and we’ll continue reviewing our benefits to ensure they meet our team’s needs. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience! It's insights like yours that help us keep IronArch a great place to work.
