The company focuses on doing what is in the best interest of the customers. It is a satisfying environment to be in compared to my previous employer that did not put the customers first. Ironbeam has great technology and it is always improving based upon employee and customer feedback.
Cons
I have no cons about the company. Being in the industry it is (dealing with people that make or lose money) can be a little stressful but having been in this environment my entire career Ironbeam is the best of the best.
High turnover, lowest paying in industry, non trustworthy culture, mostly people that need to get experience, but can stain reputation fir better potential emploters
