None if you put in the work.

When I started working here I actually enjoyed being around knowledgable co-workers who knew their stuff, however all the good employees got driven out over the course of time. By the time I left it was a sad disorganized state of affairs.

-This was basically a telemarketing job where you make as many calls as possible during the day and try to get people to invest money with you. Keep in mind some of the people that were people doing this job with no college degree and couldn't even legally drink. The worst thing about this job was just the feeling of illegitimacy in the air. -The management of this firm doesn't seem to care if this business succeeds or fails, almost to a weird extent. The sales people with the worst jobs and worst pay get no support. -The pay for anyone outside of compliance at this company while I was there was laughable, to the point where it was a running joke when we were hanging out after work, Ironbeam lost a lot of skilled people for no reason other than they refused to pay anywhere near respectable wages.
