      Salama is the oldest Takaful company in the world , currently with in Top FIVE Takaful company in UAE. Work environment is ok.

      Cons

      Good company , but from last 3 years frequently change in the Top Management and restructuring is impacting over all.

      Pros

      good for Asians as company is full of one nationality.

      Cons

      No or bad appraisals. No increments. There is a culture of overtime and over work there which is unfortunately encouraged by the departments and the management. A lot of experiences and great talent left job due to the worst work environments.
