The company offers a unique, creative environment with lots of flexibility. Regardless of your position or title, you are able to partake in projects of interest and gain a wealth of experience in numerous fields within the company. Upper management has great confidence in those with a good work ethic and eager to learn, even when there is limited experience. The team works closely together and is fun & social, making the work environment very enjoyable while also productive. It is definitely not 'Corporate America' and you can see the office enjoys coming to work . The great culture and environment have caused a high level of investment from team members that is instantly apparent. No one just puts in the hours, everyone takes ownership over their roles and working towards greater goals.

As with any growing company, there are growing pains. Implementing infrastructure for the future requires change and adjustments that require flexibility and open mindedness.
