Great company - Lead Operator Island Operating Company Employee Review

From day 1 of my hiring, Island Operating Company has had my best interest in mind as well as standing with their employees through trying times. They've never let me miss a check through covid and other industry turn downs.

None from my perspective, they're A1 to work for.

Gives you the opportunity to advance vertically, if strive to do so is shown. Will do their best to keep you working if a contract ends. Has an incentive rewards program where you can accumulate points and use them to purchase an array of items. Often gives small Safety gift gestures quarterly. Pays up to 4 holidays a year for field personnel. (8 hours only). Gives a Christmas gift to employees every year.

Limited advancement beyond field, unless you are a Louisianna resident. Eliminated Annual Crawfish Boil that all employees could go to and replaced it with clay sporting event that only select local individuals benefit from. Low Cap on field personnel pay in comparison to competitors. They take a portion of your contract bonus for the company.
