It was nice and welcoming at first (deceiving)

HR do not care about you. I was underperforming for a couple of days due dealing with a death and I was distraught. Their ‘wellbeing’ meeting for me was firing me and claiming it was for my mental health. This was 3 days after I found out about said death IN the office. Don’t work here if you can’t deal with people who lack basic empathy and are happy to kick you when you’re down. They have made me lose so much self confidence. Unprofessional in the office. Managers saying nasty things behind other employees backs and using foul language.

Favouritism Bullying culture and very cliquey Senior management and HR do not care about your welfare Expect you to work overtime for free or you won’t progress (yes this was actually said by a manager)
