      Favouritism Bullying culture and very cliquey Senior management and HR do not care about your welfare Expect you to work overtime for free or you won’t progress (yes this was actually said by a manager)

      There are no positive points to make about the employer.

      Cons

      Ison Harrison Solicitors are an awful firm to work for. Senior management are threatening and inconsiderate. I would not recommend at all - high turnover says it all!
