      you are able to work as a team leader ,planned, organized, monitor the daily operation of the program. Inter act with the participants,parents, and staffs.I was able to demonstrate my leadership skills and grow efficiently.

      Pros

      -The people here are nice and friendly. They work hard to provide a fun and safe environment for the children. -You meet lots of different people where you can easily make friends and professional contacts and references.

      Cons

      - Management does not seem to care much about the employees. They will come down to the site before government inspection to make sure everything is ok but after we passed the inspection, we don't hear from them again til next inspection.
