The staff and my co-workers are very passionate about the work they do for the community. We truly supported each other and had each others backs. The staff works very hard and often exceeds expectations.

Management is close to awful and some need to retire.
you are able to work as a team leader ,planned, organized, monitor the daily operation of the program. Inter act with the participants,parents, and staffs.I was able to demonstrate my leadership skills and grow efficiently.
