Bailie is dedicated to preserving the integrity of iTech’s first class customer service for our clients, while bringing a fresh vision of equitable community for our staff. Bailie has brought in a former VP of Service and Delivery as COO, and together they have drafted a new and progressive employee package. From best option healthcare, to PTO, team activities, and paid continuing education, iTech is now actively seeking to learn from oversights of the past.
