Pros
Great company to start getting experience
Cons
- Too many layoffs and "restructuring"
- The people in charge of certain processes are no longer there, so you have to figure things out on your own.
- They offer courses and learning materials, but you don't have the freedom to take the courses you need to advance in your career; you're only given the ones HR recommends, and most of them are useless. They even dare to say that taking these courses and completing them determines whether you deserve a raise.
- If there's a problem fulfilling a responsibility, they just tell you, "Take it up with your supervisor," and that's the end of it.
- Some supervisors are constantly absent and leave their employees to deal with critical incidents on their own, forcing them to face the customers (even though company policy states otherwise).
- The documentation for 90% of the services hasn't been updated in years, and there's no initiative to do so.
- Salary increases are impossible, and if you do get them, it's a negligible increase that doesn't make much of a difference.
